At YOUNIK Care, we support women aged 25 to 65 across Sydney’s South-Eastern Suburbs with personalised, high-quality care. Here, we take the time to get to know you — to understand your needs, honour your individuality, and gently support your steps toward the life you want to live.
We’re a women-led, heart-led team. Small by design, so we can build genuine relationships and offer thoughtful, consistent care.
Because real care isn’t rushed. It uplifts, empowers, and makes space for who you are.
We offer in-home, community-based, and nursing support tailored to your lifestyle
— whether it's a little extra help with the day-to-day, company for appointments,
or professional clinical care.
We work exclusively with women to create an environment that feels
safe, calm, and respectful. Our team includes both qualified support workers and
experienced nurses — all women, all committed to your wellbeing.
For Core Supports (Assistance with Daily Life), we offer a minimum of 3 hours per shift,
so there's time for thoughtful care, presence, and conversation — not just checklists.
